Getting zero-emission vans and trucks on the road – the India edition

Sep 10, 2020 1:30 am

Road freight emissions, which represent over 60% of freight transport CO2 emissions, could double by 2050 due to continued growth in freight demand. Zero-emission freight vehicles (ZEFVs) are key to curbing increasing freight emissions, mitigating climate change and urban air pollution, and spurring technology innovation.

This digital forum will present the demand and supply sides, bringing together stakeholders to discuss the challenges and opportunities to getting zero emission vans and trucks on the road in Europe. The aim is to provide insight into what is needed to close the gap between supply and demand in the next 5 years. After the event, the recording and session highlights will be shared.
