The Global Green Road Corridors (GGRC) initiative is transforming the future of global freight and transport by decarbonizing the key corridors that move people and the world’s goods from ports to hubs to cities around the globe each day.

This virtual action accelerator event focused on the CALSTART-supported I-95 corridor, which runs from the Port of Savannah, Georgia to the Port of New York and New Jersey in the United States. This event was the first in our series of eleven events highlighting all of the GGRCs now being built in Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

The GGRC initiative is powering zero-emission trucks, growing green jobs, supporting cleaner air, and helping sustain local economies that rely on freight and transport. This event was held March 27, 2025.
