About

The Global MOU Forum (formerly the Global MOU Summit) is a gathering of Global MOU signatories, endorsers, and partners dedicated to accelerating the zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicle (ZE-MHDV) transition.

In 2026, we convene in Santiago, Chile—spotlighting real-world implementation, emerging market leadership, and deepening international collaboration. This year’s focus:

Impact. Regulation. Investment. Infrastructure.

Building on the momentum from 2025, this event tackles major challenges including:

  • Supply-side regulations
  • Financing models
  • Infrastructure scaling and smart-grid integration

“The forces driving the transition to clean transport are deeply interconnected. The Global MOU network—governments, industry, investors—amplifies collective impact by aligning strategies and driving coordinated action.”
