The Global Green Road Corridors (GGRC) initiative is transforming the future of global freight and transport by decarbonizing the key corridors that move people and the world’s goods from ports to hubs to cities around the globe each day.
Our next virtual action accelerator event will spotlight the Northern Corridor in Africa. Register to attend on May 12 at 8:30 am EDT/12:30 pm UTC/ 2:30 pm CEST.
Led by the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority (NCTTCA), this critical corridor connects the Port of Mombasa in Kenya to Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, the eastern part of Democratic Republic of Congo, and South Sudan. It plays a key role in facilitating regional trade. Guided by its Green Freight Strategy 2030, the NCTTCA is already working to transform this key African trade route with ambitious sustainability and climate-resilience goals.
Join us to learn more about the corridors that will power zero-emission trucks, grow green jobs, support cleaner air, and help sustain local economies that rely on freight and transport.
