This week on CCTU we discussed accelerating Zero-Emission freight in global cities. CALSTART’s Global Drive to Zero Director, Cristiano Façanha, gave updates on the “Drive to Zero Pledge” developments and progress. We also heard an interesting briefing on global eCommerce trends from CALSTART’s Associate Project Manager,Owen MacDonnell. We ended the segment with a roundtable discussion on actions enabling zero-emission freight in global cities with: Cristina Miclea, Programme Manager, C40 Cities, Radcliffe Dacanay, Principal Planner, Seattle Department of Transportation, and Susan McSherry, Director of Alternative Fuel Programs, New York City Department of Transportation.
